Business Administration reported that the total small business eligible dollars for Federal Contracting Opportunities in Fiscal Year 2006 was $340.2 Billion Dollars. In 2008 that figure could top $400 Billion Dollars. The largest consumer of goods and services on the planet is our own Federal Government. Paul A.
