Refund and Return Policy
Jetgov offers a 100% money back return on all its products and services for the reasons listed below:
- User system incompatibility
- Defects in product workmanship to include program errors or bugs exclusive of content
- Login and or password failure on the part of Jetgov beyond normal system maintenance and scheduled downtime.
- The purchase was made by an unauthorized user or minor under the age of 18 without consent while providing a credit card for payment
Jetgov will refund 100% of the purchase price for a product or service within 7 days of the purchase date providing that:
- The user has logged in for an aggregate period of less than one hour
- The user has not initiated use of wizard components
- The user has not downloaded, printed, or copied any deliverable content
- The user agrees to surrender all use of password and user name issued in the purchase process
After 7 days from the time of purchase Jetgov will not refund or take return of products unless there is a material breech in workmanship on our part. This does not include scheduled and unscheduled system downtime and maintenance. We support our product and services and will offer help based on our customer service policy. To return our product or service simply click on the link below and fill out the return form provided. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours after verifying your user information and login data.
